More photos from my 3-month birthday!

Some of our favorites from Ellie’s JC Penney 3 month shoot and the one we did at home! She is getting soooo smiley and photogenic and it makes us sooo happy.

Such a fun day visiting OSS for the first time for Kristy & Keelin’s engagement party! I was a little sleepy but I think I’ll like hanging out with the goats. Harold the pig seemed ambivalent about meeting his goddaughter.

I got to see my grandparents for the first time since I got out of the hospital back in July!!! We had soooooo much fun and I love them a lot.
Grandma Marsha got me a cool Wonder Woman outfit! And Gammy Nancy got me a pretty blue dress. I loooved hanging out with them and was all smiles!
P.S. Right before they visited, I pulled out my ng tube and mom and dad decided it was time to try doing all oral feeds! I’ve been doing GREAT ever since.

Two months old! I’m starting to smile more and babble a little bit. I love to bounce and when dad gives me “carnival rides” to calm me down! (Swinging and swaying all around)

Two weeks after I got home from the hospital, my auntie Dayna visited! I was just starting to be a smiley girl. I still loved to be swaddled and napped a lot of the day.
Auntie Dayna was there for me as soon as she could when I was first admitted to the PICU and she was one of my biggest cheerleaders, especially for my mama, when times were hard. It was so special for Dayna to see me out of the hospital, healthy, and happy. We went to the park (my first time!) and auntie helped mom organize

Some photos from my first 10 days home from the hospital! My auntie Lucy and Ronnie came up to visit the weekend after I came home. They were soooo overjoyed to meet me and I loved snuggling with them. Mom and dad and the pets were just so happy I was home and healthy! And happy I got good use out of newborn sized clothes for awhile!

Thursday, June 4 was officially my last day in the hospital! I had just gotten my very own special room a few days prior at the Children’s hospital which mom and dad appreciated.

Mom and dad were trying to talk to as many people as they could to try to get me home, especially now that I was off oxygen and breathing room air all by myself!
The doctors weren’t sure about letting mom and dad manage the wean off my medications at home. But finally they

I got to do some skin-to-skin with mama and reading ​for my one month birthday! It was such a special day.

As we know, things got dramatic very quickly after this first 36 hours of life or so. But when I first came out, mommy and daddy were absolutely in BLISS! They couldn’t believe I was finally here and so absolutely perfect. I was just a tiny little snuggly potato with a full head of hair! 7lbs, 1 oz. Mommy and daddy wish they got more time to snuggle me when I was sooooo fresh but they are grateful for the time they did get!
